International professional services are delivered within local legal and regulatory frameworks. For that reason, ELTOMA’s Singapore, Hong Kong, Cyprus and UK operations are carried on through separate companies incorporated in their respective jurisdictions.
This structure allows the legal identity of the service provider to remain clear. It also means that licences,
registrations, statutory obligations and professional responsibilities must be attributed to the correct entity rather than described as if they apply automatically to the whole ELTOMA brand.
