ELTOMA was established in 2004 by professionals with backgrounds in finance, accountancy and corporate management. Over more than two decades, the Group has developed established operations in Singapore, Hong Kong, Cyprus and the United Kingdom, supporting businesses with company formation, ongoing corporate administration, compliance, tax and bookkeeping.

Our growth has been deliberate: building local capability, investing in professional expertise and adapting to increasingly demanding regulatory frameworks. Today, ELTOMA combines jurisdiction-specific knowledge with coordinated international support for businesses operating across Europe and Asia.

International corporate services have changed materially since ELTOMA began operating in 2004. Corporate transparency, beneficial ownership reporting, anti-money laundering controls, tax reporting and service-provider regulation have all become more demanding. Our business has developed alongside those changes.

The result is an operating model centred on continuity rather than one-off incorporation. We support companies through their corporate life cycle: establishment, statutory administration, governance, accounting records, tax compliance, regulatory changes and, where required, cross-border expansion or restructuring.

2004

ELTOMA is established

ELTOMA begins providing corporate, tax and business administration support to international clients.
From the outset, our focus has been on practical, continuing support rather than one-off incorporation.

2010

A permanent base in Singapore

ELTOMA (Singapore) Pte. Limited is established, giving the Group a permanent presence in one of
Asia's principal international business centres and creating the foundation for our Asian operations.

2016

Licensed TCSP in Hong Kong

Trinity Logic (HK) Limited licensed as a Trust or Company Service Provider (TCSP) in Hong Kong. This allows us to support clients with corporate administration and compliance in Hong Kong.

CySEC ASP authorisation in Cyprus

ELTOMA (Cyprus) Limited is authorised by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) as an Administrative Service Provider (ASP) under licence number 152/196.

2018

Expanding our UK capability

ELTOMA (UK) Limited is incorporated in the UK, strengthening our ability to support businesses operating in and through the United Kingdom.
